there are many design and construction

exterior wall types, structure, bay sizing,
building systems, and site design are all
elements that should be explored in the
earliest stages of a project to ensure the
most functional and cost-effective facility.

and construction, saving thousands of tala.
Naydith distribution facility in Apia was
constructed adjacent to an existing Vaitele
main road.The 1200 Square meters
features 3 loading dock bays for semi-trucks
and contains a two story office space for
administrative personnel that overlooks the
distribution warehouse.
Civil works site preparation for 1 acre land before
construction commences including landscaping,
clearance, cutting and stockpiling, compacting foundation.
The land was completed and delivered within its
given timeframe.
All earthworks preparation for construction site
Including the drilling of piles for main foundation,
landscape and clearance of site, stockpiling and
compacting of foundation. Construction of gabion
wall (height x 6m, 50m length, width 2m). Project is
currently valued at 10 million & work completion is
expected for July 2024.
Land and retaining wall it is approximately
1011m2. Work comprise with site clearing,
set-out and alignment site boundary ,
earthworks, stockpiling, sub-base and base
application, compaction and sealing of the
ground. The land was completed and was
successfully delivered.
